Perry himself is a two-times TEDx speaker and an award-winning writer on the future of work, HR & learning. In 2017 he published the book “Transformational HR: How Human Resources Can Create Value and Impact Business Strategy” and in 2020 “The Energized Workplace: Designing Organizations Where People Flourish”
Perry has just recently been ranked number 1 on the HR Most Influential Thinkers List 2022.
